Challenge Time

Well it's that time again over at our Challenge Blog and for Challenge #6 it's a Bingo Board.
Challenge #6 - Bingo Board

Basically play bingo and follow either a line across, down or diagonal to include these elements. You could even go for a full house!
As usual our Design Team have been busy creating some fabulous examples to hopefully inspire you to join in with the challenge.
This Challenge will run from 10:00 (GMT) on 15th December 2012 to 09:59 on 31st December 2012, so that event that happens on 25th December will happen in the meantime so a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS to all our crafty friends from around the world!!!
Don't forget that the challenge winner will win 3 digi images for non-PCJ images used and 4 digi images if you've incorporated PCJ images. We will also choose our three favourites to receive the fab blog badges too (as shown in the side bar and explained in the challenge rules).
I made this bag using the Christmas Holly (which I reduced in size) available HERE at the sale price of only 75p. The line on the Bingo Board I used was FLOWERS, PUNCHES, GLITTER

Catch up time...

I know, I know, I have been a very bad blogger lately.  But I've just been soooo busy and my health hasn't been too grand either.

We've had family members in hospital having ops; the cat at the vets having an op (thank goodness for pet insurance!!); I've had a feature in one mag and another two features in another mag (see below); catching up on Design Team work for Craftstyle; and DT work for my challenge blog HERE; chasing up on items for magazine commissions and have been asked to be on the DT for Trimcraft (whey hey!!) and so on...  No wonder my body feels totally done in.

Anyhoodles here's some pics to break up the monotony of my typing blurb.

Here are the pics of the features I've had in the latest issue of Quick Cards Made Easy.  The first one is on page 27 where I made the table decorations.  I really enjoyed doing these and worked with some fab papers - the Back to Basics Christmas Vintage 12x12 paper stack by Dovecraft.
The second feature is the 'door cards' on page 69 where I had to create a card style on make cards based on that style.

Unfortunately none of the pics in the mag showed the inside view of the 'doors' (not the inside of the actual card), so here are the pics I took as a reference.

That's enough waffle for now peeps!  Ta ta for now!

Woohoo - what a feature!!

I'm pretty much a regular on the Design Teams at Cardmaking & Papercrafts and also Quick Cards Made Easy magazines but it still pretty great when I see my designs in print.

I'm really proud of this feature which is a 4-pager in the current edition of CMPC - from page 70 in Issue 111.

I hate decorating...

I know the outcome is going to be fab but it's just the whole upheaval in the meantime. Not to mention not being able to find anything. Can't wait til it's all finished and we'll have a gorgeous bedroom...

Thought I'd share with you the item we made at my craft class yesterday. I call it a boxed bottom bag. This is the original one I made...

And this is the one I made during class...

Finally... drawing & colouring catch up!

Well I'd had some of these images all drawn up and scanned in black & white for a while so I thought I'd better make an effort and get them coloured and on my Digi Image Blog Shop.  So that's exactly what I did yesterday..... and my blinking hands are paying the price now.

Recently I saw a specialist who told me that I've most likely got Carpal Tunnel in both hands.  I've got a date for Sunday 12th November (yeah a Sunday) to have this electrotherapy/electrocution thingy done on my hands to confirm diagnosis.  If confirmed (and the specialist thinks it will be) then I will have to have separate operations on my hands.  Hence I thought I'd get as much done as I could in regard to digi images etc., especially with Chrimbo on it's way.

Anywho, here's a sneaky screen shot showing just some of the categories, but more specifically the two new categories - 'ANIMALS' & 'CHRISTMAS'.

Pop on over and check them out HERE!

FREEBIE TIME!!

Unfortunately this post is taking me quite some time to type up as my hands are really painful today.  But hey ho, I will just get on with it to let you know about the Free Digi Image we've currently got available on my other blog.  So following on from Andree's suggestion about a Haunted House, I have drawn and coloured in a 'Haunted Mansion' which is available to download HERE.

Also, don't forget to pop along over to my Challenge Blog HERE to be in with a chance of winning some fab prizes.

What would you prefer?

Hi guys

Had a busy morning, this morning as I did my class at Papercuts. Today we made a Christmas Basket. One of my students had a bit of difficulty so I ended up giving her the one I made in class. I don't begrudge doing it because I've got a lovely class of ladies.

Anyway, I'm currently sitting here thinking about what I should have for my next FREEBIE over at my 'other' blog - http://papercraftjunkies.com. I was thinking of things to do with Halloween and I'm ready with my pencil in hand. Any ideas of what you'd like to see in particular?
